CRF Tobacco Grant Application Packets are available for pick-up at
the Wicomico County Health Department, 108 East Main Street,
Salisbury, Maryland 21801.
- Pick-up hours
are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Completed
applications must be received by 3:00 p.m. on September 16th,
2008.
